But when you get to eat some more, then the body will also further build up reserves (hoarding) to the next period of scarcity (diets) to be covered. After a strict diet you will be turned on. Never follow a crash diet, but always build your calorie intake very slowly. Starvation is counterproductive, so take adequate and varied diet to you.
Yo-yo effect prevention – Tip 3: Sport and Movement
Muscle is your best friend if you want to lose weight. Muscles burn calories because, without them you have to do something. If you are a reckless manner (strict) diet goes, then your body muscles “eat” (eg by protein deficiency). This fall you are less easily. You can therefore better to lose weight by exercise. Exercise burns calories and body fat and also your physical move will build more muscle on, so you burn more calories at rest position.
